Microgreens are baby salad greens. Microgreens are packed with nutrients, such as potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper.

Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants.

You can grow microgreens in flat trays, planting pot, egg containers, as long as you have at least two inches (5cm) of soil
depth to work with. Prepare the growing tray, cover with moistened soil, scatter seeds evenly on top of soil, and cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil. Dampen the surface with mister.

Keep soil moist but not wet. Grow indoor with about four hours of direct sunlight to thrive.

Harvest in 7 – 12 days.
